In the stone - The Goon Sax This song uses a very tried and true sound but I feel like they really make it their own. Perfect song to really wallow in.

Rae Street - Courtney Barnett Continuing in Australia with the wallowing indie mood is this gem of a song. I really enjoyed her rambling yet clever lyrics.

Disco Pantz - Rejjie Snow This song is good and I had a few quality hip-hop and R&B songs this week. I went with this one because it was just a little more fun.

Real Life - Attaca Quartet This song really highlights this groups diversity. Although definitely a more contemporary sound, I feel like it also could have been enjoyed centuries ago.

La Morte di Nerone - Kate Lindsey Her voice is beautiful. Also, I really wish I could roll my r’s. R-R-Rolling wr-r-riter-r-r is what I kept repeating after this song to work on my r’s.

Sitting on Top of the World - The Flatlanders This album goes to the roots of country music and I like it. Long Time Gone is great too, but I couldn’t resist the hillbilly sound of this track. This band has been around since the 70’s in some form or another.

Stellar Jay - Dillbilly They really represent their own version of the genre. Not so much with this song but the rest of the album has some interesting finds on it. Sounds like a very interesting person too.

It Won’t Always Be Like This - Inhaler Dublin band that released a fun album. All the fundamentals for FM radio play.

Boxes - Cherry Cheeks I feel this one. Due to amazon, my recycling bin is always full. Exactly what I love about this genre… it gets to the point, which in this case is letting big data control our lives or… maybe it’s just a punk song about boxes.

Bitch Fire - Laurenne / Louhimo I’m pretty sure even Dio would approve. These girls are metal.

Fuel to the Fire - Hardline To fully enjoy this track you need to hop in your IROC-Z28 Camaro to get you the nearest pub, where you will buy a pitcher of Miller lite. You’re welcome.
